Jogging !!!!!

I have finally made it to the 10km mark. 

Im feeling great but my legs are killing me!

    Well done! I ran my first 10km last April - it’s a tough one!

      I'm aiming for 15km three times a week, that's the equivalent of running a marathon once a week.

      don't forget the stretches before and after the run ... the cool down after a run is vital to avoid injuries
