Shout out to Beach Culture for organising wonderful and energetic paddling and kayaking trips around this beautiful island of ours. I must admit though, it’s tougher than it looks and is a full workout - well, i’m considering it one anyway! Also, it is a sport in its own right (so i’ve been told). On this particular trip we paddled from Bahrain Bay to a tiny sand strip near the Muharraq bridge that disappears at high tide. The people behind this local venture are amazing and make you feel safe in open water. AND they don’t laugh when you fall face first into the sea - can’t say the same about your friends though!
