The Rotary Club of Salmaniya held its regular lunch meeting at the Golden Tulip Hotel on Wednesday.
The meeting began with long time club member Suhail Matlub given a Paul Harris Fellow pin and was granted honorary membership for his continued support to many fundraising events.
The guest speaker was Mr. Hamad Al Saad a holistic health and food psychology coach who spoke about, "Building Resilience in an adversely Modern time".
