Date palm trees are a Monoecious tree i.e divided into a male & female. Each has its own charecteristics & they are need to look after in several stages starting from january to the end of harvest on the month of October.

Its the act of transferring pollen grains from male anther of a male date palm tree flower to the female stigma.This operation is usually done manually in order to ensure greater chances of fertilization & productions of high-quality dates.
