Today I had a reminder from the Health Centre for my next COVID-19 test tomorrow.
As a government rule once you test positive of Corona virus, you have to be tested once a week. Tomorrow is my day.
I feel happy and excited that I can legally "escape" my quarantine for an hour or two. I hope I have antibodies so I can help in this battle against the COVID-19. If not, I am prepared to join the #TeamBahrain of volunteers to help whatever I can.
My story could be your story, or could be your brother or sister's story.
No one is invincible. So get down close to the Earth. Wake up. Feel the moment. Enjoy the ability to breath. Not everyone is so lucky.
Appreciate the freedom which you lost due to circumstances. Many people lose their liberties or freedom as a result of different events.
Do you remember when you were sitting last time with your friends at the cafe and you were texting to someone else? Do you miss their presence? Remember this next time you are having coffee with friends.
What else do you miss now?
Remember this moment when next time you get what you missed now. Remember it and appreciate it. Do not be bored.
You can always do something to help someone. You can be useful. Contribute to society and exercise your obligation to the government.
This is our wake up call. Do you hear it?
