Today I am half way through my self-isoaltion, which is made compulsory by the goverment after one tests positive of Corona Virus.
Despite the facts that one may or may not have symptoms, or have mild symptoms, the self-Isolation period after the test shows Negative is 30 days. That decision is taken in order to take all necessary measures to restric the spread of the disease.
My advice is: do not complain that it is too long, because your life can be shorten much more if you do not comply. Just look at the world death rates.
Today also was my seventh test, since I arrived on 30th March from London and tested Positive. The results will be out tonight and hopefully will be Negative. If it is Negative, my next test will be after 2 weeks.
Only then I can donate blood, volunteer and do anything to give back to the society and the government, who have been so kind to the infected expats in Bahrain, including me.
If you want to know my story, it will be in another post. The photo is from the Health Centre where our Bahraini healthcare frontliners are dealing with the Covid-19.
I am proud to see and show the world how well equiped it is.
