Where is the Empathy. Where is the “Do not worry, get the test and come back negative, we shall sort things through Together”. Be it Friend or Foe, such times calls for more empathy than ever. More love than ever. More strength than Ever.  Let there be kindness, patience and tolerance to the infected, not infected, asymptomatic of non-asymptomatic. Because what you do now, they shall remember and stay by your side and your company for the dreadful years to come ahead. When all shall fail but loyal employees will guide.
