The Health Ministry registered 469 new cases of Covid-19, out of the 7,217 tests carried out yesterday.
Of the new cases, 250 were expatriate workers, 198 were contacts of active cases, and 21 were travel related . preprocess
This took the total number of active cases to 5,700, of which 5,680 remain in a stable condition, with 135 cases receiving treatment, and 20 considered 'critical'.
There were 70 recoveries from Covid-19, increasing the total number to 13,267.
