Bahrain yesterday recorded 531 new cases of Covid-19, alongside 577 recoveries.
The Health Ministry revealed that of yesterday’s 531 new cases, 297 were expatriate workers, 234 contacts of local cases.
It said that an additional 577 people recovered from Covid-19 yesterday, taking the total number of recoveries to 31,765.
The ministry added that of the 4,115 active cases, 87 are receiving treatment and 51 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered 36,004 cases, including active cases, recoveries and deaths.
The kingdom has also conducted 717,723 tests for Covid-19.
