Heal Heatstrokes with Yoga

Are you ever afraid of stepping out in the heat because of fear of getting a heat stroke?

Well, I definitely was a victim of this problem for a very long time until I learned this amazing life hack after becoming a yoga teacher.  Our body truly is the most intelligent machine ever made it is so complex yet so adaptive and truly nature's best gift

Using yoga techniques I have gained control over the heatstroke to quite a large extent. Yoga includes a lot of physical asana but the main magic lies in the breathing technique or the pranayama. This works at a deeper mind level to help your body regulate its entire functioning.

Here is the simple life hack you can use to help to cool your body when you suffer from heat strokes often. You can do this before stepping out of your home or office.

Close your right nostril and breathe in and out through your left nostril only for the next 5 minutes. You can practice standing or sitting.

That's all seriously. Here is how it works

At any point of time in the day only one of your nostrils is more active than the other.

Your right nostril represents the sun or the heat system in your body and the left nostril represents the moon or the cooling system in your body.

By closing your right nostril you force your body to start to activate the cooling or parasympathetic system in your body. This helps you to build your immunity to fight against heat strokes.

If you have trouble practicing any of the instructions you can watch it on YouTube by searching:-Riya Bhansali How to cool your body for clear demonstrations

Wish you a happy and good health
