Body Pain.
Something that we all run away from. A better way to heal it permanently would be to go through the pain once to heal it from its root.
All diseases are psychosomatic i.e manifested in the mind and later reflected in the body. As a life coach I have healed several patients by using simple processes. Only by understanding what the pain wants to communicate can it vanish without medication.
The basic rule is all pain has a positive intention
The subconscious is trying to protect and communicate to you in ways you don't understand. Using body pain as a medium it's calling your attention in your body to different body parts. Pain in different areas of your body signify different things. For example if you have pain in your ankles it indicates that you are scared to move forward in some area of your life.
The sooner you become aware the easier it is to cure. This initially may need guidance from an expert. But here is a simple and harmless process that you can do for yourself:-
Close your eyes for 5 minutes and focus on your breath.
Take your attention where you feel the pain and be with sensation for some time. There is a chance that your pain increases in this moment.
Be a little patient and hang on. Try to visualize and see the pain.
After 5 minutes talk to your pain like a normal person/entity and ask the following questions
What are you protecting me from? What are you trying to convey?
What can I do to heal you?
There will be some answer which maybe an image, sound, feeling etc which you can interpret because it means something only to you. There is a chance that the first time this may not work so well, hence try repeating it several times. The best way is to get an expert on board (therapists, coaches) to help you through the process.
This simple way of communicating to your pain can heal it very effectively. Try it for yourself.
