Bahrain yesterday recorded 386 new cases of Covid-19, alongside 242 recoveries and one fatality.
A 38-year-old Bahraini man died from the coronavirus yesterday, taking the death toll to 163.
The Health Ministry revealed that of yesterday’s 386 new cases, 153 were expatriate workers and 233 contacts of local cases.
It said an additional 242 people recovered from Covid-19 yesterday, taking the total number of recoveries to 41,209.
Of the 3,025 active cases, 101 are receiving treatment and 38 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 44,397 cases including active cases, recoveries and deaths.
The kingdom has also be conducted 912,111 virus tests.
