Bahrain yesterday recorded 369 new cases of Covid-19, alongside 357 recoveries and three fatalities.
Two Bahraini men, aged 54 and 68, and a 70-year-old expatriate man died from the coronavirus yesterday, taking the death toll to 178.
The Health Ministry revealed that of the 369 new cases, 134 were expatriate workers, 232 contacts of local cases and three are travel related.
It said an additional 357 people recovered from Covid-19 yesterday, taking the total number of recoveries to 44,278.
Of the 3,494 active cases, 75 are receiving treatment and 39 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 47,950 cases including active cases, recoveries and deaths.
The kingdom has also conducted 1000,787 virus tests.
