Bahrain yesterday recorded 183 new cases of Covid-19, alongside 379 recoveries.
The Health Ministry revealed that of the 183 new cases, 43 were expatriate workers and 138 contacts of local cases and two travel-related.
It said an additional 379 people recovered from Covid-19 yesterday, taking the total number of recoveries to 48,654.
Of the 2,731 active cases, 34 are receiving treatment and 34 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 51,574 cases including active cases, recoveries and deaths.
The kingdom has also conducted 1,100,729 virus tests.
