A man in France blows up part of his house while trying to swat a fly.
The 80-year-old man was about to sit for dinner when heard the fly buzzing around him and got irritated.
To tried to rid of the fly with an electric racket designed to kill bugs and start swatting at it - but was unaware of gas canister leaking in his home.
There was a reaction between the swat and the gas, causing an explosion and part of his kitchen was blown up.
Luckily, the man managed to escape the explosion with just a burn in his hand.
Currently, the house is uninhabitable as the blast damaged a section of his roof.
According to local media reports, the man checked into a local campsite while his family repairs the house.
The fate of the fly is still unknown.
