
Bahrain yesterday registered 261 new Covid-19 cases, alongside 249 recoveries and three fatalities, reports GDNonline.
Two Bahraini men, aged 74 and 73, and a 40-year-old expatriate man died yesterday taking the toll to 327.
The Health Ministry revealed that of the 261 new cases, 86 were expatriate workers, 171 contacts of local cases and four travel-related.
It said an additional 249 people recovered from Covid-19, taking the total recoveries to 79,929. Of the 2,368 active cases, 66 were receiving treatment and 18 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered 82,624 cases and has conducted 1,791,603 tests.
