Get into the habit of saying it every day, just like you wash your face every morning. The benefits will show up and faster than you think. Combat mental traps:
Mental traps are our self-saboteurs. They can interfere with a person's biggest dreams ; hence the importance of carefully observing the thoughts that continually enter your head.
