Bahrain yesterday registered 234 new Covid-19 cases, alongside 161 recoveries.
The Health Ministry revealed that of yesterday’s 234 new cases, 122 were expat workers, 96 contacts of local cases and 16 travel-related.
It said an additional 161 people recovered from Covid-19, taking the total number of recoveries to 89,804.
The ministry added that of the 2,014 active cases, 25 were receiving treatment and 10 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 92,169 cases, including active cases, recoveries and deaths.
The kingdom has also conducted 2,345,325 tests for the coronavirus.
