Bahrain yesterday recorded 248 new cases of Covid-19 alongside 313 recoveries and one fatality.
A Bahrain man, 71, died of coronavirus yesterday, taking the total death toll to 358.
Of the 248 new cases registered, 114 were expat workers, 117 new cases of local contacts and 17 travel-related.
An additional 313 people recovered, taking the total to 94,039.
Of the 2,871 active cases, 52 are receiving treatment and 18 are in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered 97,268 cases, including active cases, recoveries and deaths.
The kingdom has conducted 2,541,873 tests for Covid-19.
