Based on the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Sports Council, preparations are continuing in Dubai to host the PUBG MOBILE Global Championship (PMGC) Finals, which take place here from January 21 to 24, at the Coca-Cola Arena in City Walk.
Supported by Dubai Sports Council and Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, the PMGC 2020 Finals, which boast the biggest prize purse in PUBG MOBILE history, will be taking place for the first time in the Middle East, with 16 of the world’s best teams battling for a share of the US $2,000,000 prize purse.
Staff at the Coca-Cola Arena have been working around the clock to get the venue ready for the PMGC 2020 Finals, which are being organised in accordance with all the COVID-19 precautionary, allowing all 16 teams to compete on-site in a safe and fair gameplay environment.
The Finals will be held offline - without audiences - but fans can watch all the action on the PUBG MOBILE Esports YouTube, Facebook and Twitch channels. An advanced media studio will be equipped in the competition hall to provide commentary and analysis in 11 languages, including Arabic.
