Bahrain yesterday registered 738 new cases of Covid-19 alongside 539 recoveries and five deaths.
Two Bahraini men, aged 82 and 56 and three Bahraini women, aged 88, 86 and 58 died yesterday taking the total fatalities to 458.
Of the new cases, 253 were expat workers, 477 contacts of active cases and eight travel-related.
An additional 539 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 117,026.
Of the 6,785 active cases, 126 are receiving treatment and 60 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 124,269 cases. The kingdom has also conducted 3,135,887 tests.
