Bahrain yesterday registered 588 new cases of Covid-19 alongside 630 recoveries and four fatalities.
Four men – two Bahrainis, 70 and 71, as well as two expats, 60 and 53, died yesterday, taking the total deaths to 462.
Of the new cases, 215 were expat workers, 363 contacts of active cases and 10 travel-related.
An additional 630 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 117,656. Of the 6,739 active cases, 110 are receiving treatment and 60 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 124,857 cases.
The kingdom has also conducted 3,151,398 tests.
