Bahrain yesterday registered 829 new cases of Covid-19 alongside 479 recoveries and four fatalities.
Three Bahrainis - a man, 71, two women, 71, 53 and a 69-year-old expat woman, died yesterday, taking the total deaths to 512.
Of the new cases, 261 were expat workers, 537 contacts of active cases and 31 travel-related.
An additional 479 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 131,594.
Of the 7,847 active cases, 115 are receiving treatment and 47 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 139,953 cases.
The kingdom has also conducted 3,499,615 tests.
