Bahrain yesterday registered 1,122 new Covid-19 cases alongside 1,148 recoveries and four fatalities.
Four Bahraini women, aged 64, 57, 54 and 44, died yesterday, taking the total number of deaths to 554.
Of the new cases, 348 were expat workers, 711 contacts of active cases and 68 travel-related.
An additional 1,148 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 143,889
Of the 10,959 active cases, 165 are receiving treatment and 86 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 155,402 cases.
The kingdom has conducted 3,761,531 tests.
