Green smoothie for weight loss
Ingredients
1 ½ cup chopped spinach or bottle gourd( peeled and washed ) or ash gourd
15 leaves of any two , mint or coriander or celery or parsley
½ cup of any one fruit , apple or guava or pear or kiwi or berries
Lemon juice
Two pinch of cinnamon
Black pepper powder
Two pinch of turmeric powder
Rock salt
250 ml water
Method
Put all the ingredients in smoothie maker or if using blender , churn for 3 mins with breaks every 30 seconds to reduce heat . Add more 250ml water. Drink without straining, 250ml first thing in the morning ( empty stomach ) and 250ml in the evening before 6 pm .
Note : Avoid the ingredients if allergic to and avoid fruit if diabetic .
