The number of daily Covid-19 cases in Bahrain hit 1,932, alongside 2,276 recoveries and 19 fatalities.
Yesterday’s deaths bring the total fatalities to 1,050.
The Health Ministry said that of the new cases, 839 were expat workers, 1,091 contacts of local cases and one travel-related.
An additional 2,276 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 219,108.
Of the 26,500 active cases, 410 are receiving treatment and 315 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 246,658 cases.
The kingdom has conducted 4,689,976 virus tests.
