Bahrain yesterday recorded 465 new Covid-19 cases alongside 1,062 recoveries and nine fatalities.
Yesterday’s deaths bring the total fatalities to 1,306.
The Health Ministry said that of the new cases, 244 were expat workers, 220 contacts of local cases and one travel-related.
An additional 1,062 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 253,910.
Of the 7,676 active cases, 128 are receiving treatment and 165 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 262,892 cases.
The kingdom has conducted 4,911,205 virus tests.
