Bahrain yesterday recorded 298 new Covid-19 cases alongside 824 recoveries and four fatalities.
Yesterday’s deaths bring the total fatalities to 1,334.
The Health Ministry said that of the new cases, 158 were expat workers, 142 contacts of local cases and three travel-related.
An additional 824 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 257,757.
Of the 5,314 active cases, 82 are receiving treatment and 120 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 264,405 cases.
The kingdom has conducted 4,964,087 virus tests.
