Bahrain yesterday recorded 288 new Covid-19 cases alongside 788 recoveries and one fatality.
Yesterday’s deaths bring the total fatalities to 1,335.
The Health Ministry said that of the new cases, 158 were expat workers, 127 contacts of local cases and three travel-related.
An additional 788 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 258,545.
Of the 4,813 active cases, 71 are receiving treatment and 114 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 264,693 cases.
The kingdom has conducted 4,977,204 virus tests.
