BAHRAIN has witnessed an 88 per cent drop in Covid-19 infections during the last month, which reflects the public’s commitment to abide by precautionary measures.
“We witnessed a gradual and remarkable decrease in the number of existing Covid-19 cases from May 27 until yesterday,” Health Ministry Under-Secretary Dr Waleed Al Manea said today.
“On May 27, we saw 26,883 cases which dropped to 3,188 on June 30 — a decrease of about 88pc.
