SIZZLING Bahraini food created with love and flair will feature on a special menu to be showcased at a major international expo.
In preparation for the Expo 2020 Dubai – scheduled to start on October 1 and continue until March 31, 2022 – celebrated Bahraini chefs Bassam Al Alawi and Lulwa Sowaileh have come up with a unique way to present traditional fare using modern techniques.
