Bahrain yesterday recorded 100 new Covid-19 cases alongside 199 recoveries and one fatality.
Yesterday’s death brings the total fatalities to 1,377.
The Health Ministry said that of the new cases, 53 were expat workers, 38 contacts of local cases and nine travel-related.
An additional 199 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 264,687.
Of the 1,148 active cases, 18 are receiving treatment and 34 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 267,312 cases.
The kingdom has conducted 5,172,292 virus tests.
