Bahrain yesterday recorded 139 new Covid-19 cases alongside 100 recoveries and no fatalities.
Of the new cases, 47 were expat workers, 68 contacts of local cases and 24 travel-related, the Health Ministry said.
An additional 100 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 268,090.
Of the 1,116 active cases, two are receiving treatment and five are in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 270,590 cases.
The kingdom has conducted 5,631,541 tests.
