Bahrain yesterday recorded 79 new Covid-19 cases alongside 126 recoveries and no fatalities.
Of the new cases, 30 were expat workers, 40 contacts of local cases and nine travel-related, the Health Ministry said.
An additional 126 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 268,962.
Of the 1,085 active cases, five are receiving treatment and five are in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 271,432 cases.
The kingdom has conducted 5,748,703 tests.
