Home is the place where the heart resides, and my heart resides in an island named Bahrain.
A country situated in a bay on the south-western coast of the Arabian Gulf.
It is surrounded by colossal oceans and never-ending rivers.
Beneath the water is a rare realm of aquatic wonderland where a myriad of vivid marine bodies reside, and one-of-a-kind oysters that produce the finest pearls eye could ever perceive.
Magnificent morning light bathes the tops of prominent palm trees that are blessed with sweet dates that the taste buds of the tongue can never resist.
The love and nurture of this country are so noble and pure that even a tree gets to live for over 400 years.
It is a place embedded with flamboyant forts and historical buildings, something irresistibly captivating that emanates a heartfelt notion; seizing the lost mind into a warm cloak of comfort just by gazing at them.
The never-ending alleys, the peculiar parks, the cozy cafes and diners, and the malls are where the childhood memories bloomed; it is like the sweetest souvenirs that the heart could never forget.
This is the place where I was born. A country which may well be small, but it takes up the entire space of a person's heart.
Home is the place where the heart resides, and the heart resides in an island named Bahrain.
