Work is underway to set up an inventory of thousands of artifacts at the at the Bahrain National Museum.
Antiquities and Museums Director Dr. Salman Al Mahari said that the overall number of artifacts has exceeded 30,000 to-date.
“The number of artifacts is increasing steadily as teams of archaeologists continue their excavation work in several sites in Bahrain”, he said.
