Disney On Ice presents Mickey and Friends lit up Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Arena during the last week, and welcomed record breaking attendance at the all-new edition of this magical show.
Disney On Ice announced that a record-breaking number of guests enjoyed the sparkling spectacle. Etihad Arena welcomed more than 30,000 fans during the series of performances, breaking the record for the most number of guests attending the Disney On Ice show compared to the previous years. The strong performance also stood out as one of the highest for attendance at a family show in the capital.
The never seen before additions to the upbeat musical resonated with guests, with the highlights of the show being underwater scenes from Finding Nemo, magnificent emotional displays from the stars of Inside Out and inspirational numbers from Princess Power, which together surprised and delighted Disney fans. In addition, families enjoying the shows enjoyed stage appearances from classic Disney characters, including Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald.
