Cast & crew from the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Europe and USA will light up the red carpets and premieres, as Dubai hosts the first film festival after five years.
The festival will feature more than 70 films from 25 countries composed of 9 world premieres, 43 Middle East premieres and 12 UAE premieres, and several special screenings, with numerous feature, animation and documentary and short films being screened having received multiple nominations and awards from other international film festivals.
The three-day jammed packed festival will host Arabic, Hollywood, Bollywood, European, Asian and African directors, casts and crews under one roof for a variety of screenings, exclusive red-carpet appearances, awards and afterparties.
The festival will conclude with an awards ceremony and closing party on the 29 October, which will recognise the best films by category that have featured in the festival.
Due to its location, the festival guarantees one of the most diversified audiences present at any festival, with the legendary glitz and glamour of Dubai to accompany.
