A MAN who allegedly burned a part of his father’s apartment said he ‘didn’t mean’ to commit the crime and that he was under an ‘evil spell’.The 36-year-old Bahraini businessman has been charged with intentionally setting fire to an inhabited building, which carries a higher penalty than other acts of arson .
