I am lost in uncertainty
I am lost in chaos
the world is so full of standards
But, I can’t seem to abide
the world seems so fast
But, I can’t seem to catch up
People around me have never-ending expectations
Which I can’t seem to understand
After all;
They too were once the same as me
trying to abide by standards of the world
But now when they are older
they seem to have forgotten
That they too were once the same as me
they too were lost in chaos, lost in uncertainty
