Bahrain’s healthcare leaders and experts came together to discuss innovation, patient safety and service excellence at the Bahrain National Healthcare Quality Symposium, which opened yesterday under the theme ‘Quality: Think Differently’.
The Supreme Council for Health (SCH) and the Quality and Clinical Standards Committee organised the forum, attended by SCH chairman Lieutenant General Dr Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, and Health Minister Dr Jalila Al Sayyed.
Lt Gen Dr Shaikh Mohammed noted that the forum supports Bahrain’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and efficiency of its healthcare system, driven by national strategies to promote sustainability, safety and innovation.
The Health Minister highlighted the importance of fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the health sector, noting that such efforts strengthen Bahrain’s commitment to investing in human health and advancing the quality of care.
