Visitors to the Bahrain National Museum will be able to get a virtual experience of riding the upcoming railway connecting the GCC, at a special pavilion set up to mark the kingdom hosting the 46th GCC Summit on December 3.
Present at the inauguration ceremony yesterday was GCC Secretary-General Jasem Al Budaiwi, alongside top Bahraini officials including Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani and Information Minister Dr Ramzan Al Nuaimi.
The pavilion highlights the formation of the GCC in 1981, its achievements and projects and leaders over the years.
“This pavilion is a summary of everything the GCC has achieved since 1981,” said Mr Al Budaiwi.
