Bahrain is dazzling in red and white as it prepares to commemorate its 54th National Day tomorrow.
The nation has united in celebration, with vibrant lights and festive installations adorning landmarks across the island.
Iconic monuments, such as the Riffa Clock Tower roundabout, are draped in the national colours, while areas like Isa Town and Zallaq sparkle under decorative lighting – an annual spectacle cherished by both Bahrainis and expatriates alike.
Bahrain National Day, celebrated on December 16, marks the founding of the modern Bahraini state in 1783 and December 17 honours the accession of His Majesty King Hamad to the throne.
In the spirit of these historic events, numerous activities are being staged throughout December, continuing until the end of the month.
Every year, the fireworks display remains the most anticipated highlight, drawing crowds of enthusiastic spectators across the kingdom to witness the night sky ablaze with colour.
Tomorrow, spectators can enjoy this dazzling show at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir, starting at 7pm. Entry is free, and food kiosks will be available on-site, ensuring a fun and relaxing evening for families and friends.
