Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael Al Mubarak inaugurated Abu Ghazal Park in Complex 330, District Five of the Capital Governorate, following its rehabilitation.
The rehabilitation of the park is part of the ministry’s plan to develop public facilities and enhance service quality for residents across Bahrain.
The project included upgrading the fountain, installing rubber flooring in play areas, adding playground equipment, canopies, and fitness devices, as well as repairing the fence, signage, lighting, and other public amenities.
Landscaping and tree planting were intensified to create a safe and attractive environment for all age groups.
The project covers an area of 5,642sqm and aims to promote healthy lifestyles, increase green spaces, improve urban aesthetics, and provide a recreational and social space for the community.
