A drill designed to rigorously test the effectiveness of the airport’s emergency evacuation plans and ensure the highest level of readiness among all emergency response teams has been successfully completed.
The Bahrain Airport Company (BAC), the operator and managing body of the Bahrain International Airport (BIA), announced yesterday the completion of a partial evacuation exercise.
The simulation provided invaluable insights into operational procedures, communication protocols and co-ordination mechanisms during a mock emergency scenario.
