Internationally acclaimed motivational speaker B K Shivani is set to deliver a series of talks in Bahrain this weekend.
The event is being staged by Bahrain Meditation Centre for Self Development, in association with INJAZ Bahrain and the Art Hotel and Resort.
A youth session for those aged 14 to 40 years will be held today from 11am to 12.30pm at INJAZ Bahrain in Umm Al Hassam.
The session entitled ‘Mind Power: From Overthinking to Inner Stability’ will focus on developing emotional clarity and mastering the mind in a fast-paced digital world.
A public-talk series open to all will be hosted at The Art Hotel and Resort in Amwaj today and tomorrow, from 7pm to 9pm. The first day will explore ‘Awakening the Power of Now’ and the second day, ‘Inner Happiness Amidst a Chaotic World’.
Entry for all events is free with prior registration. Arabic translation will be available.
Ms Shivani is the author of many bestselling self-help books.
