In line with the continuous efforts of the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) to enhance the user experience of the MyGov app, a bundle of eServices and features has been added during the holy month of Ramadan.
This service facilitates seamless access for citizens and residents, reflecting iGA’s commitment to deliver eServices that meet users’ expectations.
The iGA highlighted that the app users can now activate the Adhan sound notification feature, introduced in response to public suggestions submitted via the Tawasul system and the iGA’s social media accounts.
