O star, your light is so bright...that once it filled my heart with warmth.
O star, you stay so far away...
Yet I kept looking at you.
I thought, I was the one...
Who held your quiet attention
But the sky was never empty...
You belonged to everyone.
O star, how foolish I was to believe you were mine.
I even tried to become a star beside you...
But I never could.
So tonight I whisper to the sky...
"I wish I had never seen that star!
