Forbes Annual Power Businesswomen in the Middle East
Three Bahraini women have been featured in the Forbes annual Power Businesswomen in the Middle East list.
In the 2020 list, there are 22 new entries and 23 nationalities represented across 28 sectors.
Emiratis are the most prevalent nationality with 23 entries. There are also nine Egyptians, eight Lebanese and eight Omani women.
From Bahrain, Y K Almoayyed and Sons' managing director Mona Almoayyed is ranked ninth among 100 women business leaders.
She is followed by Sico chief executive Najla Al Shirawi, ranked 66th, and Bahrain Bourse chief operating officer Narjes Jamal, who is ranked 80th among 100 successful businesswomen.
