The Health Ministry announced the 20th death in Bahrain due to coronavirus on Wednesday, GDNonline reports.
The 37-year-old male expatriate was a registered active case of coronavirus suffering from underlying and chronic health problems, the ministry tweeted.
The patient, along with all other active Covid-19 cases, had been placed in isolation and received extensive 24-hour treatment from a specialised medical team.
The ministry sent condolences to the individual’s family at this difficult time.
